  1. Modeling : The clay is shaped by hand, on a potter's wheel or by molding to give the desired form.
  2. Drying : The piece is left in the open air to evacuate the humidity before cooking.
  3. The first firing (dégourdi) : It is fired a first time at low temperature (900-1000°C) to solidify it.
  4. Enameling : A layer of enamel is applied to give a glossy or matte finish and make the object waterproof.
  5. The second firing (enamelling) : The object is annealed at high temperature (1000-1300°C) to fix the enamel and harden the ceramic.

° 🏺 Why is pottery unique?

Each piece is hand-crafted, making it unique. It reflects the creativity of the craftsman and the imprint of the human gesture. It is also an art that combines tradition and modernity , perfect for those looking for authentic, unique and durable objects.
